FREE BEAT LICENSE AGREEMENT

License Type: Non-Exclusive / Non-Commercial (Free)

By downloading these beats, you (the "Artist") agree to the following terms:

1. PROPER CREDIT (Required)

You must give credit to Ivory Beatz in the title or description of any upload.

• Written Credit: (Prod. by Ivory Beatz)

• Social Tags: Tag @IvoryBeatz (or your specific handle) in your posts.

2. ALLOWED USES

• Recording Demos: You may record vocals over these beats for personal use or demo purposes.

• Non-Profit Uploads: You may upload your song to "non-monetized" platforms like SoundCloud or YouTube (without turning on ads).

• Social Media: You can use these beats for Reels, TikToks, or personal videos that are not promoting a paid product.

3. PROHIBITED USES (The "Don'ts")

• No Monetization: You cannot upload these to Spotify, Apple Music, or Tidal, or turn on YouTube monetization/ads.

• No Content ID: You are strictly forbidden from registering these songs with YouTube Content ID or any "Sync" licensing company.

• No Resale: You cannot sell, lease, or redistribute the beat files themselves to any third party.

• No Copyright Claims: You do not own the copyright to the music. Ivory Beatz remains the 100% owner of the composition and recording.

4. TERMINATION & UPGRADING

If you wish to release your song commercially (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) or perform it at for-profit shows, you must purchase a valid lease (Basic, Premium, or Unlimited) from ivorybeatz.com.

Failure to follow these terms will result in a copyright take-down notice.
