IVORY BEATZ | TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT All beats and compositions on ivorybeatz.com are the intellectual property of Derrick Letrell Box (Ivory Beatz). Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer. You are purchasing a "License to Use," not the "Right to Own."

2. LICENSING TIERS Usage rights are strictly governed by the tier purchased (Basic, Premium, or Unlimited).

• Basic/Premium: These are non-exclusive "leases." Ivory Beatz reserves the right to continue selling these beats to other artists.

• Unlimited: Grants the user unlimited streams and radio play, but Ivory Beatz remains the original creator and copyright holder of the instrumental.

3. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS In all cases, the artist must provide proper production credit. This must be written as "Prod. by Ivory Beatz" in all metadata, titles, and descriptions (e.g., Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music).

4. REGISTRATION & CONTENT ID You are strictly prohibited from registering your song with YouTube Content ID or any "automated fingerprinting" service using our beats. This prevents other licensed artists from receiving false copyright strikes. If you do this, your license will be revoked immediately without a refund.

5. SAMPLES & CLEARANCES Ivory Beatz warrants that all compositions are original. However, if a specific beat contains a cleared sample, that information will be provided. The artist is responsible for their own vocal clearances and third-party samples added after the purchase.

6. REFUND POLICY Due to the digital nature of music production (instant delivery of files), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the files have been delivered to your email.

7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Columbia, MO.
