1. GENERAL QUESTIONS

• What is "The Ivory Beatz Standard"?

  • It is our commitment to high-fidelity engineering. All tracks are delivered at 24-bit / 48kHz WAV benchmarks, ensuring professional-grade quality for streaming and radio.

• How do I get my files after purchasing?

  • Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is processed via the Beat Store, a download link will be sent to your email.

2. LICENSING & USAGE

• Can I put my song on Spotify/Apple Music?

  • Yes. All our licenses (Basic, Premium, and Unlimited) allow for distribution on major streaming platforms. Please check your specific license for stream limits.

• Do I own the beat after I buy it?

  • You are purchasing a license to use the beat. Ivory Beatz retains the original copyright. For exclusive ownership inquiries, please contact us at beats@ivorybeatz.com.

• What are "Track Stems"?

  • Available in the Unlimited License, stems are individual tracks for every instrument in the beat (drums, bass, melodies). This allows your engineer to have total control over the final mix.

3. TROUBLESHOOTING

• The download link in my email isn't working.

  • Try opening the link in a different browser or clearing your cache. If the issue persists, contact support with your order number.

• I registered my song, but I got a copyright claim on YouTube.

  • Our licenses allow you to monetize. If you receive a claim, simply upload a copy of your license agreement to YouTube to have the claim cleared. Note: You are prohibited from registering our beats with YouTube Content ID yourself.
